Accounts

An account is required for the dashboard and private Bet Tracker. Full predictions additionally require server-verified paid or owner access. Users are responsible for keeping their sign-in details and recovery links secure and for reviewing information saved to their own tracker.

Predictions and free tips

Model probabilities, rankings, free tips, and suggested combinations are informational estimates based on the available snapshot. They can be incomplete, delayed, wrong, or affected by events the model does not represent. DeePicks does not guarantee an outcome, a winning wager, or any financial return.

DeePicks does not accept wagers or place bets for users. Users remain responsible for checking fixtures, markets, odds, rules, and local restrictions before making any decision.

Bet Tracker and uploads

The Bet Tracker is a private record-keeping tool. Screenshot extraction is an assistive feature and may misread or omit ticket data. Every extracted field must be reviewed by the user before a bet record is confirmed. Do not upload material you are not entitled to use.

Subscriptions and billing

The current Stripe integration is sandbox-only. Test subscriptions renew monthly inside the sandbox, access follows the verified test subscription status, and cancellation is handled through the test customer portal. No real payment should be collected.

Live pricing, taxes, payment timing, cancellation rules, refunds, and commercial subscription terms have not been adopted. They must be defined, reviewed, and shown to users before live billing is enabled.

Responsible use

The service is intended only for adults who meet the legal gambling age where they are located. Do not use DeePicks to chase losses, spend essential funds, or treat a probability as certainty. Stop and seek support if gambling is causing harm.

Changes and publication status

Features and these draft terms may change as the product is prepared for public operation. A final version still needs an effective date, confirmed operator identity, governing law, dispute terms, and legal review. Continued use should not be presented as acceptance of missing terms.
